The service may store your account email, Wild Place names, observations, notes, photographs, audio recordings, approximate or precise locations you choose to add, and invitations to other members.

How information is used

We use this information to provide synchronization, identification suggestions, private collaboration, reports, and the other features you request. Identification suggestions are not treated as confirmed unless a user confirms them.

Location privacy

Exact Wild Place boundaries and observation coordinates are not intended for public display. They are available only to authorized members of that Wild Place and necessary service providers operating on our behalf.

Service providers

Our infrastructure providers may process limited information required to operate authentication, databases, storage, hosting, and optional identification features. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can choose what to record and whom to invite. Account export and deletion controls will be available before the public paid launch.
